Before joining the Office of Student Affairs team, Vicencio was an assistant atate’s attorney in Anne Arundel County, MD, as a trial attorney on the general felony team and supervisor of the Body-Worn Camera Unit. He has worked with and taught law students as a mock trial coach since 2018 at American University Washington College of Law, Maryland Carey Law, Temple Law School, and now exclusively at University of Baltimore School of Law.
Prior to becoming an assistant state’s attorney, Vicencio provided pro bono representation to survivors of domestic violence as a staff attorney with Maryland Legal Aid’s Victims Assistance Project. His legal career began as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Richard S. Bernhardt (ret.) in the Circuit Court for Howard County, MD.
Vicencio is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is barred to practice law in the state of Maryland.
