"Aspire: Paintings by Anita Philyaw," the inaugural exhibit in the University of Baltimore School of Law's new art gallery, is now open to the public. The Washington, D.C.-based artist is nationally renowned for her bold, large-scale acrylic paintings.

New Full-Time Law School Class Shows Highest LSATs, Grades in 15 Years

The incoming full-time first-year class of the School of Law represents its highest level of collegiate grade point average and law school aptitude test results in 15 years, according to newly announced statistics. Nearly a third of the 212 full-time day program students in this new class qualify for merit-based scholarships.
Law Center Receives Grant to Continue Work on Unified Family Courts Following National Summit

Maryland's Administrative Office of the Courts has awarded the School of Law's Center for Families, Children and the Courts a grant for two major initiatives: a major report on a recent national summit on Unified Family Courts and a quarterly newsletter that will report on UFC developments across the country.
