"I absolutely love the Harbor East area. The restaurants there are amazing, as are the boutiques and the movie theater. A perfect study break would consist of going to Harbor East for a little bit of shopping [and] a movie followed by dinner."

You have an internship that sounds interesting! Can you tell us a little bit about it?

As an intern for the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, I work closely with the chief counsel for the Division of Market Oversight. I help ensure entities are in compliance with the recent CFTC rules published pursuant to the Dodd Frank Act. I also make contributions to proposed and final rulemakings through researching, editing and substantive writing.

What makes the University of Baltimore School of Law stand apart from other law schools?

The support you will receive at UB is ... unique and personalized. There will come a point during your law school career that you will need support from the school, be it emotional, academic or professional, and the faculty and staff will be there to provide it. It is nice to know that you are not in this alone and that there are people at UB that care about your success and future.
